Multiple Monitor Support#147

My workstation currently uses 3 monitors. I currently use HazeOver on macOS to dim the out of focus displays. It would be awesome if Slash could span all 3, or have an option to block them out (similar to how HazeOver dims them) when out of the focus view, but not on break.
