Eisenhowen Matrix is not working#20

Or I could not find the view of Eisenhowen because of UX.

If you click on a task to edit it, or go to enter a new type, do you not see the ‘Urgent’ ‘Important’ and ‘Difficult’ tabs come up?

I do not see the matrix options. Do you know where i can find them?

is it because notes are on?
(tried disabling with no luck

@Bharat Pulgam that UI has been retired in favor of using the newer Eisenhower Matrix tool (which you can enable in Settings). It better mirrors the actualy functionality of the Eisenhower Matrix concept.

Hi Jordan, sorry to keep asking dumb questions but I have enabled the eisenhower matrix button at the bottom of the “today” tab and when I click it am not sure what to do next. When I click the buttons not 100% sure what to do and how I assign tasks to each one.

Hey @Bharat Pulgam, the tool goes through each task one-by-one and allows you to choose which of the 4 buttons is a match for each. If you hover over the buttons, the text on them changes to show you what the action is. Does that makes sense?

This perfectly mirrors the Eisenhower Matrix rules, except for delegation, which we can’t do in Slash just yet ;)

hi @Jordan Lejuwaan i understand that, but the page does not allow me to see my tasks or choose one for each task. Is this what’s supposed to happen? Included a screen recording below.

The tool allows you to go through existing tasks and sort them. It looks like you’d don’t have any tasks yet?

@Jordan Lejuwaan thats odd because i have over 100 in the app and 12 in today. any reccomendations on what to do?

Argh it looks like something broke! Fixing now and it will be in the next app release. Thanks for bearing with me :)

same, this feature is broken for me. No tasks have showed up for this feature for about a week at least.
