Display all list name in "All" (Even it's an empty list)#363

If a list doesn’t have anything today, the list name won’t show up in “All” list. It became an issue to quickly add a task and move to that empty list or quicky move from list to list.

(Since if we slashed all tasks in that list it will hide, and we can’t add anything unless tap on All dropdown and select that list, add task, and the use drop down to select back to All list)
