Option to disable app expanding to full screen when paused.
Yeah, this is quite annoying for me as well. Working on a 5K monitor with lots of open windows and then suddenly Slash just goes fullscreen and covers it all..
This makes a lot of sense. Perhaps we need a pause button and a stop button?
@Harry O’Brien and @Philip.paetz, would you want it to stay in focus bar mode, but just be paused? Or just have the tasks screen be smaller than fullscreen?
Yess stay in focus bar & just be paused - keyboard shortcut to pause too would be nice. Also if you could stretch the size of the focus bar that would be nice
@Harry O’Brien The next update will at least make it so your main window goes back to the same size it was before when you pause. We’re working on what the UI will look like to support both a ‘Pause’ and ‘Stop’ button. We may also want to change the color of the focus bar while paused to make it 100% clear that it’s paused…
See above for the change that was implemented. We have decided not to allow the bar to stay small while you pause, since the whole idea is that you should be focused on the task at hand. Pausing should be disruptive (that’s on purpose).
